I was greeted with warm tea and biscuits on arrival. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the rooms were comfortable with mosquito nets. I truly felt at home here.
Moldy lower rooms, not recommended. Food could have been better, but hey, at least they served five or six curries instead of just two!

Excellent value for money with clean and spacious rooms, including a nice balcony for breakfast. The homestay is conveniently located a short walk from the main street and attractions like the 9 arch bridge and little Adams peak. The family running the homestay is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel at home.
The only improvement that could be made to the breakfast would be to offer more variety in terms of the breakfast items.

The room at Maleesha Homestay was absolutely perfect! The private bathroom was super clean and had a bidet, which was a nice surprise. The free toiletries were a great touch too. The fully equipped bathroom had a shower and free toiletries, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our double room had a lovely balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. The tile/marble floor gave the room a touch of elegance, and having a tea/coffee maker was a bonus. The double room with a balcony was just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The private bathroom with a bidet in our room was a game-changer. It added an extra level of comfort to our stay.
Personally, I found the balcony in our double room a bit small, but some might still enjoy it.
